The Lead Turndown Attendant is responsible for, but not limited to, the Turndown and servicing of occupied guest units. Also responsible for upkeep of hotel walkways, security of guests units, reporting engineering issues, and responding to guests needs. As the Lead, this person is responsible for ensuring Turndown attendants complete tasks as specified under company standards. This person trains new associates.



  • Have knowledge of all the policies, standards, and procedures of the department.

  • Be familiar with resort services, activities, and outlets.

  • Monitor and maintain working areas.

  • Use of correct chemicals in correct bottles for its designated surfaces according to OSHA standards and regulations.

  • Report to shift on time in the correct uniform worn to standard, with nametag properly worn.

  • May be asked to assist with guest deliveries.

  • Complete turn down of hotel units between the times of 6 pm to 9 pm.

  • Train new associates on company


General Skills/Qualifications



  • Maintaining positive guest interaction

  • Able to read and speak English.

  • Previous hotel experience a plus

  • Supervisory experience is preferred.


Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
