Social Media Coordinator Seeking a high-energy Social Media Coordinator responsible for the company's social media content strategy and execution for all company brands.
Candidates should be well-versed in establishing brand identity, have experience creating optimized content across multiple social media platforms, and have deep knowledge of the latest digital media trends and current influencers in the furniture and design industry.
The Social Media Coordinator will report to the Director of Marketing, with the KPI for this role centered around growth and engagement.
Job Description:
? Drive social media engagement through multi-platform strategies ? Practice direct social care for all organic and paid posts ? Promote company culture and team member success through Linked In ? Partner with the marketing director, customer success team, and various other departments to answer questions/reviews on social media and to provide engaging and accurate responses ? Oversee the social media platform growth, development and social care ? Create copy for long and short form posts ? Edit photography for asset library ? Manage and monitor the success for an ambassador program ? Facilitate and drive content from ambassadors ? Practice influencer engagement ? Monetize network of influencers through curated content ? Report successes and challenges to Director of Marketing Requirements ? Bachelor's degree in marketing or advertising or related discipline ? Social Media Management:
3 years (Required) ? Strong Writing Skills ? High level of proficiency in Adobe Suite products ? Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok, as well as the ability to learn any new platform ? Self-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced, growing organization Compensation:
