Look no further!! We are looking for a high energy agent who has the desire to grow with a fast-growing agency.
We will pay a competitive rate along with commission.
We are open to commission only with a higher split or salary with lower commission split.
We offer 3 weeks PTO per year along with paid holidays and 401k after a year.
MUST HAVE A P&C license in Florida.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their insurance needs and inquiries - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop strategies to reach them - Explain insurance policies, coverage options, and terms to clients - Assist clients with the claims process, including filing claims and providing necessary documentation - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations - Collaborate with underwriters and other insurance professionals to ensure accurate policy issuance Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills- Experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus- Ability to effectively navigate insurance software systems- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills-MUST HAVE A PRODUCER LICENSE 2-20 OR 4-40 If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service and have a strong understanding of insurance policies and regulations, we want to hear from you!
