Join our team along the Emerald Coast as a Luxury Quality Assurance Inspector! Inspectors are given the opportunity to walk through pristine vacation properties and play an integral role in ELP's vision to Elevate the Experience of our guests.
Responsibilities Ensure that all assigned homes meet and/or exceed appearance and cleanliness standards Properly inspect and set multiple homes for guest arrival in a timely manner Check stocking levels of housewares and replace when appropriate Follow inspector checklists and complete tasks listed on our hospitality app Report, turn in, and log all lost and found items according to established procedures Skills Strong attention to detail with an eye for excellence Well organized with time management and communication skills Motivated, self starter able to persevere in the face of adversity Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment Dependability, flexibility, accountability and versatility Echelon Luxury Properties embodies exclusivity while redefining luxury asset management through a curated approach of delivering consistent excellence in hospitality, guest experience and owner relations.
